Website use and service requests
Use this website lawfully and provide accurate information when contacting us. Do not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or submit harmful or misleading content. Our website content, branding, photographs, and designs belong to us or their respective owners and may not be commercially reused without permission.
Website descriptions and illustrations are general information. Submitting an inquiry does not create a construction or service contract or reserve an appointment. Project scope, pricing, payment schedules, warranties, and service obligations are governed by the applicable written proposal or service agreement. These website terms do not replace that agreement.
Scottsdale Pools text messaging program
Scottsdale Pools LLC provides pool construction, remodeling, repair, maintenance, and outdoor living services. With your consent, our SMS program sends inquiry and estimate follow-ups, appointment confirmations and reminders, scheduling changes, project and service updates, and billing notifications. If you separately opt in to marketing, we may also send special offers, promotions, and information about our services.
Consent and eligibility
You choose whether to receive service texts, marketing texts, both, or neither through the available consent options. Texts may be sent using automated technology. SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase or form submission. By enrolling, you confirm that you are at least 18 and are the subscriber or authorized user of the mobile number provided. Tell us if your number changes.
Frequency and charges
Message frequency varies based on your requests, service activity, and selected message categories. Your wireless provider may charge for texts and data, including messages you send to us. Contact your provider with questions about your plan.
Unsubscribe or get help
Reply STOP to any text from our program to cancel. We will send a confirmation of your unsubscribe request, then stop further program messages unless you enroll again. To rejoin, complete the opt-in process again. You can also contact us to request removal. Canceling texts does not cancel an existing service agreement.

Delivery and carrier responsibility
